YouSaid.com takes your privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains our views and practices concerning privacy and how it applies to each user of YouSaid.com.

Therefore, information that you disclose by use of this site (as with any site that is non-secure), by posting a message or using e mail, potentially could be collected and used by others. Section 6 Your Opt-Out Rights

You may opt-out of receiving communications from us by not submitting your information. We also allow you to remove your information from our database. If you remove your information from our database it will no longer be used by us for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties (except in connection with our Services or as otherwise described above under "Disclosing information to other third parties" and "Disclosing information in a company transaction"), or used by us to send promotional correspondence to you. You can remove your information by sending your request in writing via email to customerservice@yousaid.com. We require a reasonable amount of time after receiving your request to remove your information form out database.

Section 7 Your California Privacy Rights

Section 8 Data Collection From Children

We do not intend to collect information from children. The information and services provided to us or our affiliates, sponsors, and advertisers are not intended to be viewed by children (under 18 years old). Section 9 Our Right To Contact You
