Managing information within YouSaid.com
YouSaid.com represents or is affiliated with a number of companies, including service providers such as product services and support and personal wellness services; financial service providers such as credit card, mortgage, insurance and loan providers; and non-financial companies such as consumer product retailers.

Managing information with companies that do business with us
We may share one or more of the six categories of user information outlined in this policy with companies that do business with us. All companies with which we do business are contractually obligated to keep the information we provide to them confidential, and to use that information only to provide products or services to you or for us on your behalf These companies may include financial service providers, and non-financial companies such as data processing companies, marketing companies, and other companies that we use to provide limited services including packaging and mailing, answering questions about products or services, sending postal mail, and providing user information. Remember to sign out of your YouSaid.com account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your account by using your computer when you are away from it. Because of the global nature of the Internet, when you give us information, that information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country where you originally entered the information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Except as discussed above or otherwise designated, this site does not use security encryption measures. Therefore, information that you disclose by use of this site (as with any site that is non-secure), by posting a message or using e mail, potentially could be collected and used by others. This may result in unsolicited messages from third parties or use of such information by third parties for their own purposes, legal or illegal. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, YouSaid.com cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems.

Section 6 Your Opt-Out Rights

You may opt-out of receiving communications from us by not submitting your information. We also allow you to remove your information from our database. If you remove your information from our database it will no longer be used by us for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties (except in connection with our Services or as otherwise described above under "Disclosing information to other third parties" and "Disclosing information in a company transaction"), or used by us to send promotional correspondence to you. You can remove your information by sending your request in writing via email to customerservice@yousaid.com. We require a reasonable amount of time after receiving your request to remove your information form out database.

Section 7 Your California Privacy Rights

Section 8 Data Collection From Children

We do not intend to collect information from children. The information and services provided to us or our affiliates, sponsors, and advertisers are not intended to be viewed by children (under 18 years old). Section 9 Our Right To Contact You
